Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. The item must simply be in it’s original condition and packaging and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery  If you have any questions, you can always reach us by email at returns@brunocapelo.com.

Pre-order lets you to call "dibs" on products before they're officially released for sale on our site. Place the item in your cart and proceed with the purchase and we'll follow up with a confirmation email.

We gladly accept returns. However, if you purchased the wrong size you will have to pay the shipping back and forth to exchange your hat.

ORDERS

If you would like to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible via email at orders@brunocapelo.com and we’ll have your address corrected as soon as possible.

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us by email at returns@brunocapelo.com within 48 hours of receiving the product with your order number, shipping address, and photographs of the damaged item. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, and do all that we can to rectify the situation for you.

Once we receive the item with the wrong size and it is inspected, we will re-ship out the correct size and email you the tracking number simultaneously. If you have any questions regarding your order, email us at orders@brunocapelo.com.

Once your order has left our facilities, you will receive an email with your tracking number - you can follow your package as it makes its way to your doorstep. Tracking links may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Depending on the type of shipping you choose when you purchased your item - most items can take anywhere from 3-8 business days depending on the carrier. We normally ship with Fedex or USPS so please track your package once you receive the shipment information from us.

Yes, all our wool hat collections are 100% Australian Wool. We source the finest fabrics and fibers for our headwear.

If you do not see the item, size, or color you have been searching for, please email us or contact us using our Contact Form. We may have it in stock, or we will try to get it for you. Special order items and personalized items are not returnable.

We use either 100% Cotton or 100% Leather Linings in all of our hats.

A Crushable hat means that you can fold it up and even step on the hat and the shape will go back to its original form. A Semi-Crushable hat is more harder in terms of form. We use a specialized glue during production to hold the shape of the hat, therefore it is not crushable.

Each hat comes with easy to follow care instructions in the inside label for your convenience. As a general rule, all of our hat are dry clean only.

When selecting your size, if the size is grey that means it is out of stock. Select the “Notify Me/Email me when available” button to be emailed when your size is available. Yes, we sell various styles of hat bands that can easily transform your hat into a whole new look. Check out our accessories tab on the home page.

It all depends on the style of the hat. Some hats have a flat (stiff) brim and some have a snap that can be worn up or down. Each collection has a detailed description to give you more information about the hat.

No problem. With every purchase we give you a hat sizing tape. This can be inserted in the sweatband and help give you a more snug fit to your head.

The brim sizes vary depending on the style of the hat. Some modern slim hats start at 1 ⅜” and can go up to 3”+. Please refer to our shape guide on the home page to find the right hat for you.

We gladly accept returns. However, if you purchased the wrong size you will have to pay the shipping back and forth to exchange your hat. However, if the item is damaged or our fault we will gladly send you a pre-paid return label.

SHIPPING

Shipping is based upon weight, the shipping method you select, and the zip code you are shipping your order to. Once all this is determined the shipping price is displayed at the end of the checkout process. However, sometimes we do offer free shipping promotions.

Yes. We aren’t the most patient when we want something either so we’re happy to get your order to you faster. That’s why we provide FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2-Day so your purchase can get to you ASAP.

We most certainly do. Both standard and expedited shipping will be fulfilled via Canada Post. For standard shipping, you can expect your goods one to three weeks after your order is fulfilled, while expedited shipping customers can expect their orders three to five days after fulfillment.

Shipping cost to Canada varies depending on if the package is standard or expedited. A more accurate cost can be determined when you check out.

Yes, we do ship to most international countries. Any import duties, taxes or fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped by USPS Express Mail International or USPS Priority International. We have found that to be the most cost efficient, timely and reliable shipping method for International Orders. Typical transit time will be a minimum of 7-14 business days.

PROMOTIONS/HOLIDAY

In general, promotion codes cannot be used on gift cards, other promo codes, previous purchases and promotional-priced products. Additionally, we will not honor expired promotional deals. All valid promotions and discounts will automatically be taken out at the in your shopping cart.

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

For products purchased between November 23 and December 25 we gladly accept returns for a full refund for 60 days after purchase date. We will accept returns for store credit for 30 days after the 60-day full refund period. There are no refunds on gift cards.
