SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Total shipping time is a combination of processing time and shipping time. Please calculate your approximate delivery by adding the processing time for your order and shipping time for your location. Shipping time does not count the day your order leaves the warehouse. You can select your processing speed at checkout.

Standard: Processed in 2-3 business days

Expedited: Processed same or next business day

Shipping time is 2-4 days based on your location, once it leaves our warehouse.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

*SIZING ISSUES*: All Bruno Capelo Wool felt and straw hats come with foam sizing tape to help you get a customized fit based on your own head size and shape. Please try this before initiating a return. In addition, most of our hats have an adjustable sizer built into the sweatband so that you can size down your hat to get the perfect fit.

How do I return or exchange an item?

  • At the bottom of our website under Customer Service, click on the link Start a Return/Exchange
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to Return/Exchange
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return/exchange request is approved
  • To ensure that your request is handled promptly, please make a return request within 30 days of receiving your item. Should we not receive a return request within this timeframe, we will consider the purchase as satisfactory, and the sale will be deemed final.

What items are returnable?

  • The item must simply be in its original condition and packaging and shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery   
  • Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • If your item is in new condition, you may exchange it for a different size or color.  Shipping charges will apply. 

Are there any charges for return?

  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless we made a mistake or the item was shipped damaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received FREE SHIPPING there will be a $15.00-$20.00 restocking fee depending on the size of the order.
  • If the item has been worn or damaged by the customer - we will not issue a refund.

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If you are approved, our team will assess your returns condition and confirm its eligibility for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please allow us 2-9 days to process your return request, including refunds for the original purchase price (minus shipping fees). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
