Shipping & Delivery
Total delivery time is the combination of order processing time and shipping time. To estimate your delivery date, please add the processing time selected at checkout to the shipping time for your location.
Orders placed by 12:00 PM typically ship the same business day.
If you have an urgent request and need same-day shipping, please call us at 404-944-8131, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Please note: Shipping time does not include the day your order departs our warehouse.

Fit & Sizing Guidance
All Bruno Capelo Wool Felt and Straw Hats include foam sizing tape to help achieve a personalized fit. Most styles also feature an adjustable sizer built into the sweatband, allowing you to size down for a tailored fit.
We strongly recommend using these features prior to initiating a return.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please scroll to the bottom of our website and click “Start a Return/Exchange” under the Customer Service section.

Follow the prompts and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange

Once your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return shipping instructions. The shipping label will be attached to the email—please print it out. Pack the items securely, as close as possible to how they were originally sent, and drop it off to the designated carrier.
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Holiday orders may have an extended return window, which will be specified separately.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned in original condition.

All original tags must remain attached at the time of return. Returns received without original tags will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Hats must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging materials, and must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items returned in new condition may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style. A $15 exchange return shipping fee applies (this is the shipping fee back to the customer). International exchange shipping fees vary by destination.
Return Shipping & Fees
- When you purchase our Package Protection Program ($3.98), we’ll email you a free return shipping label, as long as the return complies with our policy. The free label covers sending the item back to our warehouse. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, typically $15-$20.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included. For orders with complimentary shipping (Bruno Capelo paid the shipping), a $15–$20 deduction will be made from your refund, based on the order size.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

You will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and if the return has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be processed within 2–9 business days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Refunds apply to the purchase price only; shipping fees are non-refundable.
