This style of hat was introduced in England in the 1850s. Also known as the bowler, it is a classic shape that won't break the bank. It features a stiff finish and features a round (open) crown, a curled brim, and a grosgrain ribbon hat band and edge trim as well as a smooth satin lining. It has traditionally been worn with semi-formal and informal attire, however it can be worn however you please!
